The body has energy centres called chakras which are associated with specific colours. They allow energy to flow from one part of the body to another. 

When a Chakra is blocked, imbalances occur in the body. This can result in disease, in psychological and personality problems or in a lack of spiritual attunement. Wearing a piece of jewellery with the 7 stones of carrying them as tumblestones or charms can help to keep all the chakras in balance.

First (Root) Chakra:
Located at the base of the spine the first chakra relates to our most basic needs and our sense of belonging. When this chakra is clear and energy flows through it freely, we feel secure and confident that we can easily fulfill our needs. On the other hand, blockage in this area can cause us to feel anxious and worried.

Second (Sacral) Chakra:
This chakra resides in the reproductive area and is associated with creativity and birth – both to a baby and to new projects. Fifth (Throat) Chakra:
This energy centre is located in the throat area and relates to communication and self-expression. When our centre of communication is clear we’re able to express our thoughts without worrying about what others may think. In contrast, with a congested fifth chakra, we feel anxious about how other people will react to our views and likely to censor ourselves.

Sixth (Third Eye) Chakra:
The sixth chakra is located between the eyes. It’s the centre of intuition in our life. When energy isn’t flowing easily through this chakra, we have a sense of self-doubt and distrust. When it’s open and clear, we feel deeply connected to our inner wisdom and trust that it guides us in our choices.

Seventh (Crown) Chakra:
This chakra resides at the top of the head. It connects us to higher consciousness and opens when we remember our true nature.
